ULAB Co-Curricular Office held Club Advisers and Club Executives Meeting

ULAB Co-Curricular Office held their Club Adviser Meeting for Summer 2019 Semester on 27.06.19. In this meeting, ULAB Co-Curricular Office along with Advisers and Presidents of all club arranged a farewell program for Dr. Pinki Shah, the Professor of ULAB School of Business and the advisor of ULAB Co-Curricular Office. Dr. Jahirul Haque, the Vice Chancellor of University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh and Mehdi Rajeb, Assistant professor of ULAB School of Business, the new Director of ULAB Co-Curricular Office thanked her for the dedication and service to the office. They handed over a crest and Bonsai Tree with a flower bouquet to her. Dr. Jahirul Haque also welcomed  Mehdi Rajeb, newly appointed director of ULAB Co-Curricular Office.

In the meeting, advisers from different clubs proposed their ideas on how to make club activities more focused on quality rather than quantity. ULAB Electronic Club, ULAB Debate Club shared their opinions about organizing the events in the near future. Besides, other clubs also pitched their ideas about their upcoming events in front of the committee. Director of ULAB Co-Curricular Office Mehdi Rajeb added that clubs should work in collaboration while organizing an event. Use of Permanent Campus premises is also encouraged more often. He stated that advisers should inform their executives for approaching students personally to encourage them in joining their respective club activities.
