Capture the Spirit of ULAB: Photo Contest 2021 Showcases Student Creativity!

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) proudly organized the "Photo Contest 2021" under the theme "Spirit of ULAB," celebrating the university's vibrant community through the lens of its students. This exciting competition encouraged ULAB students to capture and showcase the essence of their university life, highlighting the unique atmosphere and experiences that define ULAB.

Students were invited to submit up to three original photographs in high resolution, reflecting their interpretation of the "Spirit of ULAB." The contest allowed for both color and black-and-white images, with each submission requiring a descriptive caption. The competition aimed to uncover and celebrate the creative talents within the student body, offering a platform for artistic expression.

The contest featured attractive cash prizes for the top three winners, with BDT 5,000 awarded for 1st place, BDT 3,000 for 2nd place, and BDT 2,000 for 3rd place. In addition, the best 12 photographs were selected for publication in the ULAB Calendar, giving students the opportunity to have their work recognized and appreciated by the wider university community.

Renowned Bangladeshi photographer Pavel Rahman served as the judge for the contest, lending his expertise to evaluate the submissions. The deadline for entries was set for Sunday, November 7, 2021, with students required to email their submissions, along with their full details, to the ULAB communications office.

The contest was a resounding success, providing students with a unique opportunity to express their creativity and contribute to the visual storytelling of ULAB's dynamic environment.
