    doe-2014The mainstay of co-curricular life at the university is its clubs. The clubs will maintain regular weekly activities to enhance skills and learning. The activities of clubs may include: educational field trips, workshops, seminars, games, concerts, intra- and inter-university competitions or tournaments, etc. The Co-Curricular Office will organize all-club activities, such as Club Days, Boishakhi Melas, etc. Clubs vary from term-to-term. ULAB is a proud and active member of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award program.

ULAB Clubs

Adventure Club
To provide a platform for ULAB communities to get together and engage themselves with challenging activities which will help them to know about tourism status of Bangladesh and instill skills among themselves for their personal and professional life.
ULAB Art and Photography Club
ULAB Art and Photography Club will arrange art workshops, art talks/seminars, creative works such as Alpana during 21 February or Pohela Boishakh, Art exhibitions at ULAB and/or out of ULAB premises, as well as arrange inter-University art exhibitions/competitions and invite famous artists at ULAB during events.
ULAB Business Club
To provide a platform for business communities and professionals to get together and to provide support and guidance to ULAB students in various aspects related to studying, grooming and doing business in Bangladesh.
ULAB Computer Programming Club
Our vision is to become a premier hub for developing future business leaders and innovators. We seek to create an environment where students can achieve their highest potential, drive impactful change, and lead with confidence in the global business arena.
ULAB Debating Club
ULAB Debating Club at ULAB fosters intellectual growth and sharpens communication skills through workshops, weekly practice sessions, and competitions. It hosts inter-departmental debate tournaments, offering members a platform to enhance their public speaking, logical thinking, and critical reasoning abilities.
ULAB Electronics & Robotics Club
ULAB Electronics & Robotics Club (UERC) offers students hands-on experiences in circuit design, hardware analysis, and electronics projects. It hosts workshops, lecture series, and collaborative projects, making it a hub for students interested in electronics and ICT technologies. The club encourages practical learning, innovation, and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
ULAB Field Sports Club
The Field Sports Club at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh is comprised mainly of the Cricket and Football teams, but it may also include any other field-based sports as requested by the students. Field Sports Club is formed by students who are motivated by a common interest and desire to participate in field-based sports activities. Participants can learn new skills, improve existing skills, engage in competition, or enjoy recreational and social fellowship. Field Sports Club is dedicated to the active participation of all ULAB students, both male and female, in sports.
ULAB Film Club
ULAB Film Club is dedicated to cultivating a cinematic culture on campus by offering students a platform to explore and understand films and filmmaking. It organizes weekly screenings, special film festivals, field trips, and workshops on topics like editing and cinematography, providing opportunities for ULAB students to learn, create, and showcase their own films.
ULAB Indoor Games Club
ULAB Indoor Games Club focuses on enhancing and organizing various indoor sports, including table tennis, chess, computer gaming, and more. It hosts regular intra-university and inter-university competitions, trains students to excel in various games, and prepares strong ULAB teams for external tournaments.
ULAB Language Club
ULAB Language Club promotes English language learning through engaging and interactive activities beyond the classroom. It offers film screenings, workshops on writing, vocabulary, and speaking skills, as well as competitions like short story writing and comic strip making. The club provides a casual environment where students can improve their language skills while enjoying creative and entertaining sessions.
ULAB Media Club
ULAB Media Club provides a platform for students interested in mass media to explore and engage with the world of communication. Through workshops on videography, photo events, and exhibits, the club offers hands-on experiences that enhance media skills, foster creativity, and build a sense of community among students and faculty.
ULAB Nutrition and Wellness Club
INGENAES, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champagne and BIID has built a partnership with the the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) under which a nutrition club was formed so that the young students can be trained and deployed as volunteer change agents in building awareness among different segments of population and sharing knowledge, especially in the rural areas through voluntary engagement.

The ULAB Social Welfare Club aims to empower individuals by providing quality social welfare services. Our vision is to help people overcome life's challenges and build a better future through access to essential resources and support.
Theatre ULAB
To build a strong and dedicated theater team; to experiment with different types of theater techniques; to promote the culture of Bangladeshi theater; and to create social awareness about different social and critical issues. Our vision is to get recognition nationally, internationally.
ULAB Sustainable Development Club
ULAB Sustainable Development Club (USDC) is unique in its diverse interests to develop creative, balanced, achievable solutions to the physical and social challenges facing society. We see the interconnected nature of the ‘sustainability challenge’ as central to our work; we attempt—through our projects, seminars, field trips, and ongoing working groups—to better understand the connections between environment, economic prosperity, and social justice.

ULAB Rotaract Club
The Mission of Rotaract Club is to provide an opportunity for young men and women to enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
ULAB Model United Nations Association
Promote awareness and understanding of the United Nations (UN) international Politics, and diplomacy through the participation of members of the organization in model UN conferences making the students an active citizen with academic excellence.
ULAB Digital Marketing Club
ULAB Digital Marketing Club (UDMC) is dedicated to equipping its members with comprehensive digital marketing skills through engaging activities. We offer a variety of workshops, seminars, and lectures to enhance both technical and interpersonal skills. Our events include skill-building sessions, industry insights, and competitive opportunities to apply marketing strategies practically. UDMC aims to create a thriving community of students proficient in digital media and marketing, fostering leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
ULAB 1971 History Club
Our vision is to capture the spirit of the 1971 Liberation War, inspiring our students to become more responsible citizens. Through this, they will connect with their roots and, as members of a sovereign nation, will carry forward the national history to future generations
ULAB Kaleidoscope Club
The ULAB Kaleidoscope Club, established on February 1, 2023, is an initiative of the Center for Enterprise and Society (CES). It is a student-led club that promotes cultural diversity, fosters inclusivity and breaks barriers within the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) community. The club aims to create a safe and inclusive space through various events and initiatives where students can learn from one another, celebrate differences, and contribute to a harmonious society.
