Idea Hunters 4.0 Grand Finale – Celebrating Innovation & Marketing Excellence!

The much-awaited Grand Finale of Idea Hunters 4.0, the flagship nationwide marketing case competition organized by ULAB Digital Marketing Club, was successfully held on 30th January 2025 at ULAB Permanent Campus. This prestigious event brought together some of the brightest young marketing minds from across the country, challenging them to solve real-world business problems with innovative and strategic solutions.

After months of intense competition, Team "Wedding Crash" from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) emerged as the Champions, securing the grand prize of Tk. 50,000 with their outstanding marketing strategy, creative approach, and strong business acumen. Their ability to think outside the box and deliver a compelling case made them the ultimate victors of this highly competitive event.

  • 1st Runners-Up: Canto MantoTk. 30,000

  • 2nd Runners-Up: Visionary VortexTk. 20,000

The event was graced by the presence of Sheikh Aminur Rahman, COO of SR Chemical Industries & President of Corporate Executive Club Ltd., who attended as the Chief Guest. In his inspiring speech, he shared insights from his 27 years of experience in the corporate world, emphasizing the importance of taking calculated risks, thinking ahead, and building a strong foundation for long-term success. He urged students to steer clear of shortcuts and instead focus on developing sustainable strategies to thrive in the ever-evolving business landscape.

The Grand Finale was judged by a panel of distinguished industry professionals, whose expertise and insights added immense value to the competition. The judges included:

  • M M Mahbub Hasan – Senior Vice President and Head of Financial Inclusion and School Banking at Prime Bank PLC

  • Azim Hossain – Head of Marketing and Sales at 10 Minute School

  • Tarif Mohammad Khan – Head of Communication at Dekko Isho Venture Capital and National Startup Coach at Accelerating Bangladesh

These accomplished professionals provided critical feedback, evaluated the teams' strategies, and shared their industry knowledge to guide the participants towards a deeper understanding of real-world marketing challenges.
